Construction process of plastic sheet and PS sheet

1、 Preparation before construction

The product shall be unpacked and placed on the construction site with auxiliary materials for more than 48 hours before construction to prevent expansion and contraction after construction.

2、 Environmental requirements before construction

1. The ground is dry (moisture content is less than 4.5%), the ground is flat/the ground is free of cracks

2. The ground is free of paint, paint, grease and other pollution, if any, it must be removed or covered with aluminum foil tape.

3. The indoor temperature is 15-28 ℃, and construction is prohibited below 10 ℃.

4. The ground strength is greater than or equal to C20.

3、 Construction method

1. First apply the adhesive on the ground, pay attention to the amount, and when the adhesive plays its role, lay the product on the ground, pay attention to the splicing direction of the product pattern.

2. After laying, use 70kg roller to roll the construction floor to ensure the full compatibility of the floor and glue.

4、 Construction precautions

1. The construction should start at the entrance of the room to avoid the floor being jointed at the door;

2. The construction materials shall be cut by 5cm more than the actual length and laid on the ground;

3. When cutting, the material should adapt to the room temperature (adsorption operation);

4. The patterns and colors with wood grain should be aligned with the grain construction as much as possible;

5. The materials covered on the wall and the corner shall be fully pressed by hand ("V" shape) and cut according to the wall curve (5cm reserved);

6. When cutting, keep a certain distance from the wall, and reserve the position that the skirting line can cover.

7. The room just completed may have a slight smell of adhesive, please ventilate.

8. Please roll the floor with a 70kg roller before the adhesive is cured to ensure the full combination of the floor and the adhesive.

5、 Cleaning and maintenance

1. Place floor mats at the entrance and exit to remove the gravel on the soles of shoes, which can reduce the damage to the floor.

2. Use neutral detergent to clean the surface pollution with semi-dry mop (the dripping glue can be removed with special detergent)

3. Regularly use surface wax to maintain the surface of the floor, which can effectively protect the floor and polish the floor.
